Questions studio owners ask
Do my students need to create an account?
No. Guests can book with their name and email. Students who create an account can see their bookings and passes and cancel themselves.
Can students still pay cash?
Yes. You decide whether guests can book and pay at the door, need your approval first, or must pay online.
Can I use my own website address?
Yes. Point an address such as booking.yourstudio.ro at GetBooking and your booking site appears there, with HTTPS set up for you.
Where does the money go?
Card payments go straight to your own Stripe account, not through us.
Do I have to use the AI?
No. It’s off until you turn it on, for your admin and for your students separately. Everything works without it.
What about my students’ data?
It is stored in the EU and belongs to your studio. You can export it, and students can ask to see or delete theirs.
